I have a few fat quarter packs cut and ready of the new line, Beyond the Gate.  I only have a little bit of fabric now, since it doesn't actually come out until next month, but I thought I should get some ready to give away to help generate interest in the line.  Good idea???
I will be having a drawing for one of these bundles next week, so stay tuned!  I am sending two of these bundles to Martingale, the publisher of my book.  They will be doing a give-away on their blog when the book is released.  Speaking of book, I got my ONE advance copy in the mail this week.
It looks fabulous!  I am so happy with how it has turned out!  And the quilts are so great--I almost forgot how nice they all are.

Martingale does a great job with the book styling and all the pattern layouts.  I really think you will like it.
The book is laid out as a walk through your home--there are projects for every room in your house.  Starting with the front porch, entryway, family room, living room, bedrooms, and even the kitchen.  I can't wait for you to see all the fun projects.  (And remember, you can see them in person at our OPEN HOUSE on Sept 27.)

Things are busy around here.  I have been working on a couple of new fabric collections.
This one is mostly done, but I am just adding one new print, and I needed to color it up to send off to the good folks at Henry Glass so they can turn it into fabric!  I think I have some changes to make on this one, so I better get busy.

Bye for now....

I'm hoping to make it to your trunk show at My Girlfriend's Quilt Shoppe. Hopefully my boss will see the need for me to energize my creative juices by going and will let me have some time off, lol! I like what i see of the fabric so far and how exciting to get to see your book!

It looks fantastic. I wonder, what is it you submit that becomes fabric? I'd love to know. A painting, a computer image? We'd love to learn your process.

Can hardly wait to get my hands on your latest book and fabric. The fabric is gorgeous and the colorway reminds me a lot of Meet Me in the Meadow - one of my favorites!
