COUNTDOWN TO THE HOLIDAYS?? really? already?

Now that I have shown you all the new fabric, I think it is about time that we give something away.  It has been a while, and I would love to hear from you.

So I have a bundle of Jams and Jellies that is just waiting for a new home.  Does your sewing room need some new fat quarters?  Well let's give some away!

Just leave me a comment here, and be a follower of my blog or like my Facebook page.  I'd like to know what you would make with my new collections.  (I could use some ideas!)

Now, some other fun news.  You will be delighted to know that Henry Glass is hosting a really big event over on their blog.

There will be tons of prizes and you can enter to win every week.  So be sure to check in over there, and tell them I sent you!

The top of your stack of fat quarters made me think of Redwork. The bottom of the stack, and the background fabric, made me think of Blackwork. The middle fabrics made me think of your wallhanging from a couple of years ago with the row of snow covered houses. I downsized mine, and I love that little wallhanging. I wouldn't mind at all making it a second time with these new fabrics.

Those colors are gorgeous - I especially like that shade of green. We just got a new dining room table, so every piece of fabric I see, I imagine going into a table runner or topper. Thanks for the chance! I'm a follower.

Beth said...

I'm thinking they would be great for those long, handy pot holders--you know, the ones in which both of your hands fit into the ends of one long, quilted holder? So you never run around the kitchen looking for the missing other one while something boils over.

I follow your blog through email, and am excited about this new collection. Great mix of colors!

Aunt TC said...

I love the fabric line. I was reminded of your quilt with the little posies and bicycles. Whimsical? How about making some fish using the reds and other colors and then have them swimming in a polka dot sea. Add on some 3-D fish or maybe a fisherman in a canoe with his pole in the water. Maybe the fisherman is gone and there's a note on the hook something like that very old commercial, "Sorry, Charlie." I'd love to win the fabric. Methinks for the opportunity.
