Chocolate celebration

My fabric is in stores now.  Yay!!  I wonder if there is some sort of celebration I should be having. Perhaps it is time to open another piece of chocolate.  Yes, I'm sure that is it.  Chocolate for all. Actually, I have been chocolate deprived lately.  My sewing room is "decorated" with candy jars which I try to keep stocked.  Right now I only have licorice in one, and melting chocolate chips, usually used in chocolate fondue or fountain, in another one.  (But I am not against eating them straight out of the jar!)
So I need to get some Lindor Truffles, or some such thing.  A few days ago we went on a family outing which involved a stop at the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.  We came home with quite a collection.  But alas, it is gone.  So back to the chips.

Here is a mock up of a project I am working on using the new fabric line,  "Meet Me in the Meadow."  It is not great yet, but I hope it will be when I decide what I am doing.  It started out as a table runner, but now I am not sure, so I will have to do some adjustments.  (Sounds familiar.)

I have all these bolts of my new fabric in my recently-cleaned-and-then-messed-up studio. They just fit so nicely on the shelf, it is a shame to use them.

I sure hope that some of you will make something wonderful out of these fabrics!  I can't wait to see what you do with them.  Please post photos of your projects so we can all enjoy!

Hi, Jill!
Just wanted to let you know I have been making the "Summer Slices" quilt and on the number of red and green four piece squares, the actual number of reds ends up being 12 and the greens are 13, if you count it in the picture that is shown on the pattern. Just an FYI. I love the quilt, love making it and am so happy to be making one of yours! You are so amazing!!

Wow Gina! You are right. I guess I didn't follow the pattern when I made it! The diagram has it the other way--I guess I drew the diagram and then wrote the pattern. You will have to post a photo when you are done!

My mother-in-law just bought some of your fabric and made an apron out of it. Boy is it cute!

What stores carry your fabrics? Also, I heard you make your own watermelon seed buttons, do you know where I can get some? Do you sell them? Thanks. I really do admire your talent and it has been fun making a quilt designed by someone I know personally!
