Roses in my Garden?

The COMING UP ROSES Blog Tour continues. . . .
Today we are visiting  Beri Bee Designs at  www.beribeedesigns.com.
I can't wait to see what Carrie comes up with in my fabrics!  She is so creative.   Hop on over to visit her blog.

Have you been having a good time?  I've been very inspired by the variety of creations on the Blog Tour.  It has really been fun.  So today I thought I would show you a project I made using a different colorway of the group.

This sweet table topper is called "Florette."  I haven't released the pattern yet, but it will be coming out next week.  This one features the rose print as setting triangles to accent the pieced inner section.

Pinks and greens are always pleasing together, and fresh.  Don't you think?  Just like these flowers--some of my favorites because of the shiny green leaves and dot of red that sets them off!

I love my garden--it keeps me busy, but sure is fun!

The greens in the collection are a good variety.  I will be using them in all kinds of designs, because I always use greens!  I'm sure they will mix nicely with my other green designs and that gives me lots of variety to use in accents, leaves, stems, and blocks.  I'll try to get something made out of the greens for next time!

Stay tuned!

Jill

  1. Love that shade of green! I made a sampler quilt using a similar shade as the background and love the way the top turned out.

Pink and green is one of my favorite color combinations. Love the way yours play together so well. :)
